Windows 7: Fonts change by them selves every time I boot up windows 7 64 bit.

Every time I boot up my fonts change to smaller size and then I have to close program and open again to get it normal size for example I use incredimail for my email program. when I boot up the words are very small so I close incredimail and re open and its okay with larger letters. I have Nortons security sometimes the window is smaller then sometimes gets to a bigger size. Need help.

Lets first be sure that you did it correctly

Fonts - Change

Rich as I stated before it is only program fonts that change for example Incredimail is my default email program and Norton has a main window that comes up sometimes it is smaller and sometimes its larger the same with Incredimail. When Incredimail opens the font is very small so I have to close program then reopen it and then its normal size to read the email. If theirs is some answer please let me know.

Really a tough one. Run an antivirus scan and then download and run malwarebytes. Get back with results.

I did what you said and its still the same incredimail comes up with the received email fonts very small so I close out incredimail and reopen it and it comes back normal fonts which are bigger to read also the Nortons windows comes up smaller sometimes and sometimes comes up bigger. It is a mystery for me.

Rich I have a little correction, The size of windows change each time I boot up for example Norton has a window when you click on the icon. Sometimes the window is small and of course the fonts are smaller also. Also I have magic Jack which works great. Sometimes the window is big and sometimes its small so I have really look at the font. This happens each time I reboot. Also which I mentioned before is my email program of Incredimail. The font on the incoming mail is very small so I close program and reopen it and it gets to normal size. This is my problem.

Probably is graphics card or driver.
Go to device manager from search
Look for any yellow markers in device manager.
If you know how to do it make sure that all drivers are up to date.
Go to the graphics card mfg web site and get the most up to date card.

Device Manager all is the latest drivers checked them all no yellow marks. I am under warranty with Dell still and will give them a call and will let you know the results. With the Mem test I am not that sure that I can handle that I might get into trouble so I will call dell before I do anything.
