i ran diskclean from microsoft and now my computer wont remember any of my user id s or passwords for anything online or not

It is suppose to work like that. To avoid the problem back them up with import, export function

Sorry, if the information is erased, you have to go back and visit the websites and enter the information again. So that you do not lose the cookies, again, once you have reestablished your cookies go to file>import export>expport>cookies. You can save them to a finger driver or other device. Sorry about the news.

no, I think he's asking the same question I am. I have no cookies to import/export whatever, but I am having issues with saving website login information. The information never seems to stay intact from one visit to the next.
