Win 7 64 bit problems?

ever sense i switched to 64 bit random programs are now opening to only appear in the taskbar and it looks as if they fly off to the right offscreen where i cant click them aim trillian and now my torrent client are all effected by this is this a known problem if so how do i fix it?

They didn't disappear, they are just hidden,

Notification Area Icons - Hide or Show System Icons and Notifications

You can set them to be shown all the time, only when there is a notification, or have them hidden (have to click on the little triangle to see them) all the time.

thanks for the reply but i actually figured it out it seems that my computer was randomly set to use two monitors even though only one is set up and they were just going off to the right where the other screen could have been i don't know how that went about especially sense i seen the whole task bar but whatever lol.
