Windows 7, 64Bit

Are you talking about Troubleshooting Compatibility?
if YES; i tried all the options/settings but nothing worked!
if NO; how can i make this TEST for these programs?

When I use the word test, I just mean we are using that program as our "test program" that will give us an answer that will solve the problem for all.

If you did the compatiblity center and it worked out, time to move on

Try to use encyclopedia. When you have a problem, go to event viewer, from search, and look for errors. If none are found, take the test below overnight. Make it run as long as possible.

Can be a memory problem, take this test - Memory Diagnostic

I had Money 98 (a program) When I bought Vista in Dec 08, I installed money and had the same problem that you had. It worked fine until, I had to reboot, then it did not work properly and I had to reinstall. In my case I knew that it was not compatible. The fact that your programs worked with vista 32 and now do not work with Windows 7 x64, shouts incompatible. Now the compatiblity test shows that they are in fact compatible, so the problem indicates that they are not compatible on your computer even though they should be.
I tell you all this, so two minds can work together.
