    Using WebDings in PhotoShop image files


    I'm having a problem inserting the shapes (WebDings) that come in font files for use in my PhotoShop image files.

    I'm unable to Copy and Paste as described in some tutorials.

    Can anyone describe their procedure?

    I'm running Windows 7 on a new HP PC and using PS 6

    With your jpg open, open character map, select the wingdings font you want then select the character, click copy. Go to text tool in PS click on jpeg and hit Ctrl+V. You can edit the symbol in the normal way. Edit size color etc from the toolbar at the top.

Hello! Earlier today I accidently deleted the Webdings Font File from Windows\Fonts. I tried the SFC /SCANNOW but it did not restore the font file. I downloaded webdin32.exe but it did not install Webdings either. I need help, because I am going crazy about this... Thanks, Drift.
When ever I try to open a pdf file the file opens in Photoshop 7 - the file icon is also Photoshop. HP laptop, Windows 7. Adobe Reader X is installed on my computer. How can I have the files defult to Adobe Reader? Thank You
Hi experts, I have a group of layered Photoshop CS PSD files that were saved on a Mac back in 2004 and then burned to DVD... most of them open fine now on this PC with Windows 7 in Photoshop, GIMP and IrfanView. But a few of these PSD files open but only display a message on a plain white...
