Problem when installing iTunes on Windows 7

About 2 weeks ago I formatted my hard drive because I thought I had a virus. I installed Windows 7 and everything went fine until is wanted to install iTunes for my iPod Touch. Well I downloaded it and installed it. When I was installing it, it was installing for about a minute and then this error pops up.

After I click OK it rolls back it's actions and tries again, only to give me the same error.
I tried exiting all my antiviruses etc nothing helped me. At first I though it was iTunes fault but then when I went to install Adobe Reader I got this error.

Both the errors have the same 'HRESULT: 80070005'.

Please anyhelp is appreciated I have entered my specs on my profile and my OS is Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit (and I have downloaded the 32-bit installer).

I just installed VLC Media Player so some programs do install.

It's a permissions issue. Run both installers as administrator. If that fails see http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/arc...04/739820.aspx

Unfortunately this hasn't helped. I followed all the steps for SubInACL and it created a 1GB log file which I can't open. Running the installers as Adminstrator hasn't worked either.

What happens when you try to open it?
