Burnaware Free,
Very small and easy to use Burning suite that has all you need, even writes Blu-ray.
Two cons:
It can burn ISO, but not create ISO
And it can't copy disks.
Vista Shortcut remover download link updated. :)
Shortcut Arrow - Vista Forums (Method Two)
Did not see this on the list.. So just throwing it in...
Defraggler..
Download Defraggler 1.12.152 - FileHippo.com
Rightload: http://rightload.org/
great uploader, has Facebook, Flickr, Tinypic and Imageshack plugins and you can manually set (or import) servers as well, including rapidshare
edit:
just installed another one, works great, and very useful too:
VirusTotal Uploader: http://www.virustotal.com/metodos.html
not much of a program, only integrates in shell, right click/send to/ VirusTotal and uploads the file to the service and then a webpage pops up with results, definitely a time saver for users of that service and a neat way to have a file scanned by 40 antivirus very quickly.
edit#2:
I just noticed executor is not on that list, I'm surprised:

I just noticed that the OP, Brink, doesn't mention anywhere in his post that if we recommend programs, they will be added to the list.
It also says he tests all the programs himself, so if he doesn't feel like testing a program I recommend, it will never be there? (or if he tests it and believes there is a better one in his list already, or just doesn't like it)
I am not saying that in a negative way, I just want to make sure I get this thread right.
If it is only a Brink approved software list, it might be a good idea to make a new list.
Hello Hdfrango,
I welcome all suggestions, but the list is of the programs that I test, or have been verified by many, to work in Windows 7. I try to get to all suggestions as quickly as possible, but sometimes it may take a day or two depending on how busy the sites are.
Some suggested programs will just not make the list for various reasons. For example, they may still be buggy, haven't been updated in a very long time, already have many programs listed that do the same thing and are better, etc.....
Shawn
