3DMark 05 and PCMark Vantage 64-bit works fine on 6801 and up.
Celestia works well on 6801-6974, but not 6975 for some strange reason.

Hi Bellerophon,
if you right click on the installer and select the compatibility tab you should have an entry for Vista RTM . select this and OK to close then run the installer.
As far as I know the actual Comodo program has no problems it's just the installer 
the only thing I have seen is that the traffic monitor on the main program page does not display correctly apart from this have had no problems on 4 different installs (different Builds) | | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Real World Computing (Me + a little help from Acer)
