Hamster Needs a Rest

So I have a customer that claims she had a random pop up on her computer. It was a picture of a hamster running in a wheel, and says "Your Hamster Needs a Rest". Anyone have any ideas if this is a virus, or a game, or something random? Thanks!

I would err in the side of caution and not click it. I recommend she adopts a safe browser and installs adblock+.
