Kaspersky internet security 2010 mulfunction, need help!!!!

    Kaspersky internet security 2010 mulfunction, need help!!!!


    HELO..

    i just bought a new asus K52Jc notebook..

    my specs:
    os: window 7 home premium.
    processor: intel core i5.
    graphic card: nvidia gforece 310m cuda vram 1gb.
    ram: 4gb ram( actually 2gb, 4b after upgrade)
    hdd: 640gb.

    i installed the kaspersky intnt scurty, but my kaspersky cant perform full scan..

    1st time i run the full scan my window hang.
    2nd time n 3rd time also same..

    later i try again, my window reboot automatically..

    i dont know whats happened?

    the problems come when my av scan the system file...

    Hi
    Have you tried updating the Kaspersky A/V software?
    You can find the latest installer here . Be sure to select the correct version - similar to the one that you have.
    Also have a look at this to help you with the re-installation.

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Kaspersky?

    did you try running anti malware program such as Malwarebytes. Use their full scan. I came across spyware, malware, and more that prevented me from opening av. Update the malwarebytes def.

    Im having issues with the attachment window. so here....is the upload

    Has Malwarebyte 1.46 plus key
    MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service

    In order to use the rootkit scan. you need to unlock it. If the key i provided does not work. Then PM me and ill give you another.

    PS: i uploaded the file myself. It is a clean file. But if you dont believe me, try using online virus scanner.

    if i uninstall the av, can i use the older cd key to reinstall it back or i must buy a new one?

    btw, im always update my av..

    im not using a trial version, im using a real one..i bought the av
