Incompatable Application?

I'm having this problem when trying to reinstall BF2 (it worked before - on Windows 7 too). For some reason now, it does not work but it did before... I tried the Setup, and it did start the title screen, the Install Shield then when it finishes, it crashes. I tried with Run As Admin, Compatibilty, etc.
I used Compatibilty Mode Trouble Shooter... and none worked. At the end I click "No, report the problem to Microsoft and check for solution online."

In the Additional Issues it did:
"Incompatible Application Detections [Yellow Triangle with a !]"
Then I clicked on it and it said:

"Fix application setup Completed
Provides steps to fix the incompatible application.

User Verification of Solution Verify_NO"

How do I fix it?
What is UserVerifySolution?

You may want to check your Windows Updates for those with a description similar to the following:

Helps with compatibility issues with many applications...
If that doesn't help, you should use a program like Revo Uninstaller or something similar to find and remove all BF2 related entries from your registry and computer. Once this has been done, try to reinstall.
