Google Chrome Change-log?

The current stable channel is 5.0.375.99, yet I cant find any changelog on this version?

If someone here can post a link of the fixes and or updates in this release it would be appreciated because Ive looked EVERYWHERE..

That will cover most of them. Otherwise, it's minor changes - for example, repackaging.
