Tune Up Utilities not work on Win 7 RC x64?

This program not working on x64? I set the compatibility mode Vista sp2 or Vista sp 1 and again not work. Say not compatibility? Can make something to install on x64?
    Thanks.

    something to install on x64??

May be you can try Glary Utilities. I have used both Tuneup and Glary Utilities. I think they are both satisfactory, but Glary Utilities has Encryption function, that's what I want. By the way, I have given you the link. Hope I canm help you.

I just tried out the Glarysoft tool. I only can advice to be careful. It can't really do anything that CCleaner can't do or that you can do with the W7 tools. I can uninstall software without extra tools. I also can defrag on my own. Here you find a summary on what to use and do. Except of Kaspersky every tool you will ever need is free. It is nice for a non-advanced user to have all windows built-in tools in one tool, but unfortunately it comes with some poisonous pills and even advanced users fall for the registry cleaner tricks.

I tried the registry cleaner as I advice against those. by default it almost goes right to deleting things when you are not careful. Although the things it tried to delete didn't look too dangerous, I don't see reason to risk it. It is snake oil anyway.
Even when it still works after registry cleaning, it could be something you don't use right away and in some week you find yourself reinstalling some software.

The same with the memory optimizer. Yeah, MS doesn't know how to use the memory and has superfetch and other things and bringing this tool in fore sure will improve things

the only good thing about the tool is that it is free.
Maybe the shredder and un-deleting function are useful. But I'm sure there are better tools and having this full "optimization" suite tempts the user to use all the dangerous "optimizations".

all this applies to TuneUp and other such software as well. You don't need it.. unless you plan on re-installing your OS every once a while.

I dont know how adviseable running tuneup programs in compatibility mode is. Could have all sorts of side effects. If it doesnt work, Id steer clear of it and try another program.

I definitely advise against using registry tweaks and defraggers.
