Windows 7 and Adobe Flash Player

I am trying to put Adobe Flash on my Windows 7 RC, but nothing is working. When I click on the links in both FF and IE nothing happens, and then i tried a direct dl link and the dl didn't complete. It says that my windows package (something like that) does not have the right thing to support it... or etc.

How can i get flash player on my 32 bit ?

Thanks !
