What is outlook express 2010 ?

Outlook Express was the default email client for Windows XP and has been discontinued, it has been replaced with Windows Live Mail....

Outlook Express is a free version of Microsoft's e-mail program.

I don't believe that it is made anymore, as Microsoft has introduced Windows Live Mail to replace it.

Outlook 2010 is the continuation of Microsoft's paid e-mail management program. It's a beefed up version of the discontinued Outlook Express and currently used Windows Live Mail. It simply has more features than the free version known as Windows Live Mail.

Okay, well Outlook Express is the retired version of that program.

Outlook 2010 is the paid version of that program. It has more features and uses a different name, but serves the same basic purpose.
