Is the integrated CD burning tool any good?

I've noticed that in the Windows explorer there is a button for burning the data on CD-ROM. Is this any good?
I don't often burn CDs, I usually mail my files or upload them to a server, so I'd rather not spend money on a burning software when the integrated Windows tool works fine...

    Welcome to the Seven Forums!

The built-in burner tool has always worked just fine for me. I've never had a problem with it. If all you need to do is just burn data files, you should be just fine.

The integrated tool is very limited. It supports only 2 image formats, AFAIK, .iso and .img and also has very few configurable options.

If you want freeware, there are many nice options.

I have never tried built in burner. I use The Official ImgBurn Website
It burns much more than .iso files.
