how do I delete adobe update?

I have an Adobe reader update ready to install but i wish to delete it. Problem is I cant find it. Can someone please give me the path for downloaded but uninstalled Adobe Reader updates?
I have now turned off the Adobe updater but this one keeps popping up.

Try entering %temp% in the Start Menu search. Look in the folder that it finds.
