Compatibility options for some applications are not available

I'm trying to enable XP scaling mode for 7-Zip but everything is grayed out.

I don't have any idea what you are talking about. That's an application that Microsoft doesn't make. I would seek support from the application developer: Technical Support for 7-Zip

I found the answer with Google, compatibility options are only available for 32-bit applications:

Compatibility Mode

Only way to get XP scaling mode for 7-Zip is to run the 32-bit version.
