Multiple instances of same program in processes

    Hello,
    I have a problem,
I have multiple instances of same program(exe file) in the processes, even though there's supposed to be only one or none.
This never happened to me before and yeah, its not too good for my cpu, since it's usage is increased.
here's some pictures from task manager[note: none of these programs are opened in so many instances, for ex, Winrar is closed]:

Can I fix it without reinstalling windows?

    Glary Utilities

This is a free software and if my memory serves me, you can remove duplicate files.
Make sure you back up your system first.

Thanks, but also it seems I cant complete the installation, it gets stuck on the last step.

Your firewall or AV is blocking the install. Try quitting those and go off line to install glary's software.

I see a lot of them myself when I use CCleaner and they are, in my case temp files, which I delete.

svchost.exe is a process and each instance is running different subprocesses. This is perfectly normal and is supposed to happen. They are not duplicate files.

The Winrar one looks a little strange. All the others look normal. You have apparently called the same programs several times so you have cached (non-active) instances too. And the svchost.exe comes in many flavors because it hosts a whole variety of .DLLs. If you inspect them with Process Explorer (just hover over the process name), you will see what services they host.
