Not able to send Email with attacment outlook 2010

Hi ,

I am facing one issue with MS outlook 2010 on windows 7 Enterprise that i am not able send attachment using outlook 2010 but able to send emails without attachements.Attachments with size more than 40kb were remaining in outbox and outlook goes to not responding state.

But MS office 2010 on XP machine able to send attachments of all size.
Please help ASAP.

Yes if someone sends attachment of any size i am able to open that.

I have changed the attachment size but still it is not sending attachments. Sometimes suddenly after login mail with attachment goes but not always.
Also like to share that i have exchange server 2003 with 1gb of RAM and Outlook 2010 as client.
