move partition

I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good (preferably freeware/oss) partition manager for 7? I need to move a partition on my drive and I don't want to install anything that isn't time tested (I'm quite new to Windows 7 particularly x64 in general).

What do you mean by move a partition? Are you moving a second partition from one drive to a new physical drive?

@zigzag no, the operating system partition is not what I want to move. I just want to swap around some partition to test how it affects speed of execution. I have my regularly used programs all installed on one partition, and then I have an operating system partition too. Going to install some of the resource heavier ones on the os partition (and they are already installed on the secondry partition) so I can see how much time its making. Norton book on windows xp suggested it as a good idea for XP, maybe 7 has been optimized in this manner; i'm unsure.

@DeaconFrost no, yeah...just no.

thanks for the information. btw the installer gets flagged for suspicious driver installation. paragon doesn't seem to be capable of moving a partition either, only performing your average set of partition functions: merge, move, resize; etc. You get all this functionality by default with windows.
