Omea Reader: Free RSS Reader, Atom Feed Reader, Newsgroup Reader, Web page Bookmark manager, and desktop search tool
You might want to take a look at this one.
Sweet !! Does it store all RSS's on the hard disk ? Looking good !
Try Feedbook (feedbook.tk), it stores feed on harddisk.
It is also an Twitter and Google Buzz client
Yes omea imports feeds locally. However the reader doesnt appear to be in development. I have recently been using RSS Bandit which is due for a major new release sometime this year with a new ribbon based ui. Im currently using Windows Live Mail for feeds.
I just tried the Windows Live Beta for feeds, it looks GREAT and I really love it out of all apps, but let's say I want to install a new OS tomorrow and backup all of my feed data, is it possible ? Will try Feedbook now ! Thanks
Yes. You need to do this from IE. Go to File menu, then import and export. Export to a file. Select Feeds. Chose a location and filename to save them as. Then select what you want to export and hit next.
