Windows 7 - AC97 and no surround

| | AC97 and no surround Using Asus A8N5X mainboard with AC97. The AC97 application won't recognize my 6CH sound, it keeps reverting back to 2CH.Under control panel's sound options i can set to 5.1 surround and have sound from all of speakers, but winamp/media player won't recognize that option and chose to rely on AC97 driver instead. Any ideas? |
