    But previously ( 2 days before) It has worked perfectly. I have done some changes in the sound settings, from that times problem starts. I tried to solve this issue. but I don't know how to solve.

    I have installed realtek drivers. Please help me.

    => intel 41 rq motherboard
    ( I am not using external sound cared, Only in-build sound card)
    => samsung sata hardisk
    => OS ( windows 7 )
    => Using external speaker and head-set

    well, where did you change settings? That'll probably be the first place to start.

    My first instinct would be to do a system restore to a date before the problem began. A tutorial: System Restore

    ok, if you select speakers, then select properties, make sure that the jack listed at the bottom is green and says headphone jack. And make sure it says use this device.
    Then go to levels, make sure that and the balance are both set to 100.
    Then go to enhancements. If something is checked, try unchecking it.
    then after that, go to advanced. I have mine set to the default 16 bit 44100 CD quality.
    Now exit out of there pressing ok.
    now click configure while speakers is still configured in the other box.
    If you are just using 2 little desk speakers, select stereo, press next, then finish.
    I know it's gonna sound noobish, but make sure that there is a check by the speakers icon.
    Tell me if this changes anything.

    Hopefully... you have Realtek Hardware/Audio chip?
    Realtek is NOT a generic driver.

    Most Intel boards use Intel HD Audio systems.

    I'm always amazed that people randomly install things that may have nothing to do with their computer system.

    Thanks for all the replies and contributions.
    I have solved this issue now, using trouble shooting option in windows.
    I went for system restoration . But it hasn't worked , because I m using norton anti-virus , it hasn't allowed to change the files. So I have gone for trouble shooting option as per their ( windows help ) advise. Now its working fine...
