a problem with sound control via quick battens

hi i have a problem

when i want to make the sound lower i have to press fn+down
when i want to make it hire i press fn+up
to mute i press fn+f8

but now that dont work
any idea ??

If this is a recent occurance, use the System Restore and restore the PC back to a date when it did work. System Restore can be accessed from Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools.

BTW, although you are controlling the sound, it's not really a "sound card" problem.

i restart but nothing work i shut down
the same but when i hibernate
