5.1 not working after new graphics card

Hello everybody,
i'm new to this forum and prior to registering i looked through some of the threads to see if i find anything that fixes my problem. Since i couldn't find anything that fixed my specific problem i made this thread.
My English is probably not perfect so sorry for that but i'll try my best.

So lets start:

My Mainboard (XFX 680i) has an onboard 5.1 sound (Realtek ALC889A) which up until 2 days ago worked with no problem. This Thursday i got a Nvidia 460GTX graphics card and after installing it i saw that all of sudden the Realtek Audio Manager didn't recognize my 5.1 system. (black-orange-green is plugged in at the back)

Here is what i see (it's in German, sorry)

as you can see it only recognizes my front panel and the digital jacks.. even though i have it plugged in at the back.. the actual back panel jacks are greyed out.. and the only thing i get is stereo sound.. and only if i disable the "front panel detection" in the options..
when i test the speakers only the front right-left ones make a sound, which is the green jack.. the orange and black jack for the other speakers don't work/are not recognized

now here is what i tried so far:
- uninstalling/installing all audio drivers
- uninstalling/installing the display driver (audio drivers are included because of the HDMI port i think.. but i already tried it without those)
- borrowed a Creative soundcard (worked perfectly fine but doesn't really solve the problem i have with onboard)
- tried this one Realtek HD Changing Jack output reassignments ( FIX )

i'm really not sure if it has to do with changing the graphics card.. but it really shouldn't right? i will try changing it back and look if it has something to do with that.. does anyone have any other solution i could try?
If i left out any details you need but i forgot to mention just reply and I'll give you the Info

thank you in advance
