Windows 7: No audio Output Device installed

No audio Output Device installed

I have ask my friends to help me check on it but he have no ideas so i need to seek for help.
Well,i bought a windows 7 professional 32bit and i install in my computer. But i have no ideas no matter what i do ,it will just said 'No audio Output Device is installed'.
My computer is compaq presario sr1540ap.
My sounds card is Realtek.
Anyone can help me fixed for it?
