Windows 7: plese help, is this possible with a bleutooth headset ?

Hi,

I want to use a USB blutetooth dongel and headset to mke calls using skype and voip (x-ten voip), the most important thing for me is to have a hassle free configuration so is it possible to:

• Auto pair the headset always to the pc even after standby or restart so that the headset is always available to take and make calls.
• Will i have a new playback and recording device in windows for the headset, and i will be able to assign it to my voip applications so when ever i recive a call or make one the sound will be directed to the headset (automaticly without changing the playback and recording device or any profiles), and all remaining sounds to come through my spekers always.

i want to buy the usb dongel and headset to use with my pc and all suggestions are welcomed, and for the headset i'm thinking about the Jabra stone.

I have windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit.
