Windows 7 - unable to detect sound card since install

| | unable to detect sound card since install hiya, just installed new windows 7 (version 7137) and it wont detect my soundcard. nothing in device manager. have shutdown pc disconnected and reconnected soundblaster xifi gamer sound card, but, to no avail..? no idea what to do other then to test in another pc. but considering its happened right after the format and install of new windows 7 version i cant see it being a problem with the hardware. any suggestions.. is there any known problems with this new windows 7 version or with windows 7 and creative cards? any help would be appreciated.. cheers |
