    How do I know what voice card do i have?

    Use audacity to "record what you hear" and be sure to set the recording device via the speaker icon bottom right of desktop

    right click speaker recording devices then select stereo mix. if it is not showing right click in the recording devices window and select show disabled devices

I'm a little mistified. I can't figure out why I can't find/get: 1) The Internet TV option -and- 2) xmradio option In my Windows 7 MC (32-bit). I am in Canada, and had MSNBC and xmradio working just fine on VISTA before I upgraded :(
