No more sound On MSi ge-600 laptop -->Tried many things :x

Hello everyone, first sorry for my english since it s not my first language.
so as stated in the title, I have no sound on my laptop.
I've tried everything and seen numerous forums.
It is therefore an msi ge-600 I3-330m

    Audio
    Sound Codec Chip Realtek® ALC888S
    Internal Speaker 2 speakers + 1 sub-woofer
Sound Volume Adjust by volume button, K/B hot-key & SW

-The computer has not suffered any impact etc. ...
"I have reinstalled the drivers thought it does not work.
I tried Safe Mode as Administrator and reinstall it, still not working.

In the bottom right-I have the "speaker icon with a white cross on red.
It said no speakers or headphones are plugged

-I have formatted and reinstalled windows but still no sound

-Devices that are the speakers and microphone do not seem to be installed

-When I run a video or audio file through windows media player, he said:
The''Windows Media Player can not play the file because of audio device problem. Maybe your computer does not have a sound device, the latter is used by another program or it does not work correctly.''

-Let's not talk about the problem-solving tools windows .....

-The last time the sound had jumped, a simple reinstall of Catalyst Control Center allowed me to find himget it back, but seems that this time is different.

-Audio devices are not visible, even when I click the option for exhibited devices disabled or disconnected

-Nothing wrong in device manager unless the card is not there
    I see in audio controller:
    ATI HDMI AUDIO
    SOUND INTEL (R) FOR SCREEN
(I also tried to update drivers, previous versions, uninstall, disable, reinstall, reactivate etc...)

    - Front panel configuration:
When I click on it, adjust the volume, it tells me no device installed
and manage audio devices still nothing apart HDMI AUDIO

-windows Audio is enabled in Services

And finally I do not know how to see if my sound card still works.

My pc is 2 months old .... warranty still works but I am currently abroad ...
so can't bring it to reparation until juanary
Thank you in advance for the time you'll devote to my problem
feel free to ask me for more information: x

    Welcome to SF, Traumi.

    And your English is great!

    Did the sound EVER work?

Check to see if you have physical volume controls on your notebook. I have them and have accidentally muted my notebook.

Did you get your audio drivers from from MSI?

No updates, no changes, did you use headphones lately, do you have any bluetooth devices configured to the laptop? Did you check to see what's showing as your play back device?

I'm thinking maybe the sound card has either gotten unseated or has gone bad ? I would take the card out and re-seat it and even try re-seating it into a different available slot to see if it can be seen again. Can you possibly borrow a sound card to try it out. Oh and while you re-seat please clean with air all the ports.

hehe that s the problem here, this computer is only 2 month old, so the warranty is still going on, but since i bought it in France and am now in china, i can't open it :x. Else i would have done it alreydy or make it repeared it here for cheap... So i m trying to fix it without opening it or else the warranty ll go bad . So in my opinion too it s the sound card who doesn't work anymore. Well it s painful, but i think i 'll have to wait 2 month unitl i can get it fixed...
Thanks anyway for your suggestions guys, will tell you when i get it fixed what happened to it, maybe could help someone else after

The case is sealed? So your saying if you open it to clean it, it voids the warranty? It sounds like as much of a hassle it may be that taking back to where you bought it for help could be in order or at least call them and get some options and then get back with us. The fact it's not showing up when it was working fine to me indicates a mechanical flaw or problem. You may continue to get good advice as to things to try here so don't take my word as the final word. Good luck and keep us in the info loop!
