Headset & Speakers both as default??

I'm an X-Lite user... VoIP. I would like to keep my headset plugged in i.e. for communication, and have the ringtone for X-Lite (and any other audio I'd like the whole world to hear) come through the speakers too. In essence have both devices as default (audio coming through both) ^^ seems it would have been simpler to have this as standard i.e. if you only want audio to come through via headset just turn the speakers down/off...
