| | I have been having the exact same problem, and getting the exact same errors. All of my dependencies match yours. Windows Audio and Windows Audio Endpoint are both stopped. When I try to start either one I get the error "Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start." I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and disabling and enabling drivers, and none of that has worked. |

| | hello all  have you tried this in services? change Startup type of power >Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools > Services > Right click on Power go to properties > Change to Automatic if setting is different click OK and restart. | | have you checked in device manager? look for red crosses type or copy & and paste >> device manager in start menu search box and click on result in the result pane. and enable SHOW HIDDEN DEVICES see my screenshot. |

If no help, a Repair Install will almost assuredly fix it: Repair Install I just did a repair install last night to fix a System Restore problem. A Guy |

| | I used the SFC /SCANNOW tutorial. The scannow showed that I had corrupt files but it wasn't able to repair them. I ended up using the tip where I extracted the files from the Windows 7 Installation DVD and replaced the corrupted files with new ones, and the problem was solved. Thanks so much for all your help! |
