There is a specific place in the USER CP to enter your system specs. But, what you listed helps. Is this a desktop or laptop? and is it a name brand or a home built system?
Is the audio bad on speakers only? or is it also bad with headset? If it's only bad with the speakers it would tend to say the speakers are the problem and in this case plug the headset into the rear GREEN speaker jack and see if it's distorted with the headset.
If it's not the speakers, the first thing is to reinstall the RealTek
drivers. Go to the PC vendor or the motherboard vendor and get the latest RealTek drivers and install them.
