Wave volume control...

I can bearly hear sound from my computer's speakers even with the main volume
set to maximum. I had a similar problem in Windows XP and fix it by
increasing the wave volume in the volume control. I can't find the wave
volume (just the main volume) in Windows 7 ultimate. Where is it?

If I can increase the wave volume,
then that will fix my problem.

the simple way is to click on the speaker icon next to the clock.

or control panel >> hardware and sound >> sound >> adjust system volume

depending on your sound card (or chip), you may have an extra set of controls somewhere in your start-menu.

do you know what sound card you have? and are you sure you have the latest drivers downloaded from the manufacturer. sometimes windows update can help find drivers.

but , i tried all these before i do the post...
all volumes, in all speakers is full!....
everything is full....

i have a inbuilt sound card which is Realtek audio!..dont know versions and all..

all drivers are properly installed, and checked...
all volume in all panels is set high...

but still the sound is 10% of total volume.....

the same problem was happening in Windows XP...and the wave volume would have dropped to 10% , i would correct it instantly as the "WAVE " bar was there in main volume control only....

What is "WAVE" volume bar in windows 7, and where it is a big question!...
plez answer fast!

do you have realtek audio control panel?

yes...its realtek HD audio manager!

Do you have Loudness Equalization enabled?
