Windows 7: Please please help me out

Guys i have realteak hd in my laptop it was working yesterday but after a while i did something with recording there and there.
Now the song voice is coming but whenever i open the microphone it starts to sound wiered a sound that is very very wiered can anyone tell me how do i fix it thanks window 7 i am using

Your best option is to uninstall the current Realtek drivers/software from Control Panel -> Programs -> Uninstall a program then reinstall the latest from Realtek

Try restoring your system to a date/time prior to when the problems began.

The help you have been offered is pretty darn good. restoring your system should do the trick but if you are not satisfied, then you might have to remove the drivers and start over.
