every time I am on the internet. If my web browser is loading at all. My speakers make a really low high pitched noise. it seems like it make it anytime my web browser is loading at all. I just hooked up a new TV to my computer I have it hooked up with a head phone plug in on both ends. One into the PC speakers on the TV and the other into the speakers out on my computer. I do not know why it is doing this. But it is really annoying. Please help. I want to make this stop it is driving me crazy. If I am not on a web browser it does not make the noise.
