Windows 7: strange

After instaling the Win 7, i updated my Sound Blaster Extreme for Win 7. Now, somethimes sound has kinde of echo, volume goes up and down!
Please help!

Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, clean install, upgrade disc

Check your drivers.
Go to search
Type device manager
Are your audio drivers up to date
Have a good sound card?
