What does the "Main Volume" balance look like in the Audio Manager?

Have you checked your wiring and connections?

First place to check is the mini plug, they like to be a problem. I find that the best thing to try is making and unmaking the connection many times. This can clear a film or allow the contact inside to re-engage the plug. Then if that helps then hit it with some air or better yet apply some contact enhancer to the plug and reinsert it. I like Caig Gold pricey but worth it and just like thermal paste a little goes a long way.....less is more !

What happens when you look for updated driver in device manager? Have you tried a rollback to a earlier driver? Have you checked for all bios updates off the manufacturers web site?.
