I have sound for approx. 1 day... then it's gone
What topic says. I've had this problem twice, the first time i fixed it with system restore... but doing a system restore every day wouldn't be that fun. I haven't installed any drivers because I don't know what to download, really. It's just weird that the sound works at first but then stops working. The "Microsoft Fix it"-application says following: "Hardware changes might not have been detected."
Any ideas on how to fix it?
Oh, and I'm not so good on computers but this is what I have (I think at least)
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
ASUSTeK Computer INC. M2N-SLI 1.XX
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core
NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT
2048 MB memory
No idea what sound card I have.. dxdiag can't find anything because it says "no audio output is installed".

There are no Windows 7 drivers to download for this board, it uses generic Windows drivers. There are also a lot of problems with it.
