How to set blue audio port as line-out?*help*

Hi all, first of, sorry if I post this in this section and on the other, I'm not sure where to post specifically. So, I'm having this problem since I switched to Windows 7, there are 3 rear audio ports, and these are; Blue, Green and Pink. The Pink is for the mic-in, green for line-out/speakers/headphones, and the blue is seems to be for line-in. Now, I would like to ask, how can i set the blue prot to be a line-out, so I can use my speakers and/or my headphones without switching their jacks. Thank you in advance! :)

No way that I know of to change an input jack to an output function. Old sound systems used to have two output jacks and you could do that, but newer systems have eliminated the second output jack.

So that's why when I switched to Windows 7, the blue audio port isn't working for line-out no? Cause, when my system uses XP, it works fine. Headphones on blue audio port and speakers on the green one. and they both produce the same audio. So there's no way of me having that same settings anymore?
