The Audio Service is not running

I started up my computer a couple days ago to find that my sound wasn't working at all. When I hovered over the volume icon it says The Audio Service is not running and when I try to have Windows 7 troubleshoot, it says one or more audio service isn't running and that the problem has not been fixed.

I've gone into my services folder and looked at Windows Audio, Windows Audio Endpoint Builder, Multimedia Class Scheduler, and Plug and Play. All of them are set to start automatically, but none of them are started. When I try to manually start them I get the error message the "Windows could not start the service on Local Computer. Error 193: 0xc1." for every service.

I've gone through most of the threads on here that have similar problems, and nothing on there has helped so far. I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers to no avail. When I go to manage audio devices, I get a message that says "the computer cannot play audio because the Windows Audio Service is not enabled. Would you like to enable it?" I choose yes and it brings me to the sound menu that should allow me to enable it, but that menu says that I have no audio device installed.

I'm not sure what else I can/need to do. Help!

i just got this error message after uploading the latest version of flash. I think the flast gave me the error message. My computer and my audio seem to be working correctly, though.
