i click yes but fcuk all happens except

    the playback/recording /sounds/communication window opens

but says no audio devices are installed what i know is BS

RPC (remote proceedure call) is a denpendancy. without it running a bunch of theings will not work. have you looked in services (services.msc) to see if you can start the service. Notice in the snip that RPC is started

You may well need to uninstall any Audio software/devices and then re-install them. I've had similar issues with other services and after a complete re-install of the devices (including Windows Update drivers) i got it working.

    Hope this helps :)

but still getting error message when trying to start the windows audio services

the RPC wont even let me restart the service stop then start again is this normal?

Yes. there are so many things that depend on rpc that stopping it would kill a bunch of things.
Im still looking for a solution
