System Mixer or Stereo Mix is what you are looking for in the Recording section.

If you have RealTek sound, you should be using the RealTek sound driver provided by the motherboard or PC vendor rather than the Windows supplied drivers. In many cases the Windows drivers do not provide all the needed functions.

was it safe that i would change from windows default to realtek sound drivers??im worried in having BSOD's again..ive tried using realtek before, but after the BSOD attack and reformatted the system i forgot to use realtek. .can i guarantee my self if i would uninstall my sound drivers and change to realtek i wont encounter BSOD's?yes i will use driver sweeper from guru3d.

If you are using the correct RealTek drivers you should not encounter any BSOD's. But, you must use the correct drivers. Generic RealTek drivers or RealTek drivers from a vendor other than your PC or Motherboard vendor may cause problems.
