Creative has just released new drivers for both the PCI and PCI-E Xtreme Audio, as well as the Audigy SE/LS/value series of cards,

As I have a SB Live card right here....perhaps I should dust off the P4 and see if it works?

Makes a lot of people's day - there was massive outcry for lack of support of the SB Live cards back in the day when Vista came out - I was one of those clamoring (loudly) about it....

I know how you feel - I almost *did* cry when my Live! wouldn't work in Vista....

haha its a good thing that creative is trying harder on the drivers side of things instead of just focusing on there products

Which is the exact opposite of what I was saying about them 2 years ago, when Vista came out lol.

Looks like all the ranting and raving but literally thousands of Creative! owners paid off - finally!

yeah now I am angry after three re installs of the drivers no luck I did not dwbload from creative because it wouldnt let me so I just googled it and got them but these say thatthey are the beta. For such a great os I wish the beta was almost completely like the final version
