"What u hear" - Low sound volume

Hello,

As you can see on the screenshot, the problem is that the volume of the "what u hear" input is always 9db lower than the main reading device.
All playback/record devices volumes are at maximum, I'm using a soundblaster audigy 2 ZS with last drivers, under windows 7.
Any idea?
