    able to hear microphone through my speakers


    i've tried many things and i was told this was how its supposed to look like

    Goto Recording devices in the Windows Sound Control Panel;
    Goto Microphone properties;
    Goto Custom Tab;
    Check the box that says "Do Not Monitor"

    The screenshot was done with paint, if you click on he screenshot in the post it will open it in a full window.
