Windows 7 - Acer Aspire 5741 "no audio output device installed"

Hey guys, I am getting a bit angry with my Acer Aspire 5741 since it started to not recognize my sound deivces last week.

Before that everything went fine and suddenly I restarted and it said "no audio input device installed" I updated my drivers etc. and then it changed to "no speakers or headphones installed"

A friend of mine recommended uninstalling the audio device and restarting well after 20 tries this worked ONCE then I started my computer yesterday again and again the same problem no again with "no audio device installed".

I set my machine back to factory conditions in the hope that this might change and still the same red cross over the speakers with the notice "no audio input device installed".....

Anyone who can help me here?

Please I need my Laptop sitting currently in Hong Kong for my studies and without a working machine I cannot study...

And in Direct X diag it doesnt even recognise my sound....but according to Acer it's realtek
