SteelSeries USB Siberia Sound Card Problems

Hello... so i bought a pair of Siberia V2's (black version) and later i bought the card itself (black version) so here is the problem since i play a lot of Counter Strike from time to time my left and right channel swap and that's a really big problem and there's this other problem from time to time im hearing this like a little buzz noise like the connection is bad for a second even tho I'm hearing everything fine... ?
