Most Popular Web Cams

I am in the market for a my first web cam and was wondering what the people think is the best. I am looking for one that is budget friendly and will work in all kinds of light and is high quality. Additional programs such as editors and whatnot are not important to me. And preferably one with a speaker.

when you say high quality exactly what kind of resolution do you mean?
I know of a ton of pretty reliable and nearly dirt cheap webcams to choose from.
A better ideal of budget and what resolution you are chasing would narrow things down a bit for me in my suggestions. (probably wouldn't hurt for others to know as well)

At any rate not knowing more details I know several people with these that swear by them

yeah the one linked above will do quite well in 720p and even manages a fairly smooth image in 1080p. It also does fair in lower light conditions though I wouldn't push it too far in that respect, or any of the reasonably priced units as the HD cams all have a tendency to turn grainy once the light level drops below a specific point.
